A digital safety service for Indian parents, run by people who pick up the phone.
CIAAN Care is built by CIAAN Cyber Tech Pvt. Ltd. Most scam-prevention products are written for people who already understand technology. Our parents are not that audience. They need a patient person who explains things without making them feel foolish, and a place to ask “is this safe?” before they act.
Human-assisted, not automated
Every risky assessment is reviewed by a CIAAN advisor before the family is told what to do. Automation triages; people decide.
Consent, always
An adult child can invite a parent, but only the parent can accept. Parents control what is shared back with the family.
