The service

CIAAN Care provides digital safety education, risk assessment and incident guidance. It does not guarantee prevention, detection accuracy, or recovery of financial losses.

Consent

You may only enrol a parent you are entitled to support, and the parent must accept the invitation themselves. You confirm the details you provide about them are accurate.

Acceptable use

Do not submit content that is not yours to share, and do not use CIAAN Care to harass, monitor or control another adult without their knowledge and consent.

Payment

Pilot plans are billed yearly. During the pilot payments are arranged and confirmed by our team. An account is never shown as paid until payment is confirmed.

Emergencies

For financial fraud, contact your bank or payment provider and the cyber crime helpline 1930 immediately.

Limitation

CIAAN Care is an advisory service. We are not liable for financial losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
