Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, mobile, city, age group), the parent details you enter, content you choose to send us for a safety check, safety-check answers, and records of our contact with your family.

What we never ask for

OTPs, UPI PINs, card numbers, net-banking passwords or account credentials. Nobody from CIAAN will ever ask for these.

Who can see your data

Only your family and the CIAAN advisors and administrators who operate the service. Data is isolated per family at the database level: one family can never read another family's records, cases or notifications.

Parent control

Parents give their own consent and control what is shared with the adult child: safety status, major alerts, monthly report and case information are separate choices.

Retention and deletion

Ask us to delete your family record at any time and we remove personal data other than what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
